Job Description- Plan and deliver multiple projects as a Project Manager; create project charter and business case.
- Create project plan and budget. Work with functions to commit resources to projects, identify resource constraints, and level resources.
- Develop and maintain an end‑to‑end project plan for all projects under your responsibility from requirements gathering through release—including development, testing, deployment, and archive.
- Ensure project plans are signed off by functional leads and relevant project managers.
- Lead and support a cross‑functional team to identify all schedule and resource interdependencies and associated risks.
- Establish a process or forum for raising and evaluating project issues and risks.
- Coordinate with functional managers to create an overall resource and work plan per project budget and schedule constraints.
- Review all schedule dependencies to the task level of detail; coordinate the production and review of project deliverables; ensure required inputs are delivered on committed dates or that change management is implemented.
- Own and manage project budgets—including frequent updates on overall status, internal and external pending amounts, spend by month, spend by program/phase, committed spend, SOW status, PO and invoice tracking, and approvals to agreed guidelines.
- Provide team management and communication: lead, motivate, manage, and support assigned team members to ensure adherence to processes and procedures, maximize effectiveness and efficiency, and provide improvement feedback when appropriate.
- Strong experience managing multiple projects concurrently, with an ability to move between high‑level overview and detailed component tracking and issue management.
- Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to drive consensus among various internal stakeholders, including executive management and third parties.
- Customer‑service orientation with ability to manage relationships with internal and external customers.
- Strong Microsoft Project skills and experience creating management reports from projects.
- Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with SAP project implementation, with an emphasis on finance implementations.
- Desired:
Experience with IT2, Dolphin, Anaplan, Tagetik, BPC or similar finance implementations. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent; 8 years minimum experience in development and 6 years experience in project management, with expertise in building and tracking project plans, risk management, and project budgets.
