Position

Studio Manager (General Manager) – Connecticut locations. Full-time. Base salary $52,000–$55,000 with strong monthly bonus opportunity. Top performers exceed $70k.

• Lead the Studio Business
• Drive membership sales and retention
• Manage daily operations and staffing
• Execute local marketing and outreach
• Build a strong team, coach sales associates and flexologists
• Set expectations and track performance
• Develop future leaders
• Run the numbers – monitor KPIs and revenue goals
• Identify issues early and act quickly to keep the studio on track week-to-week

• Experience in sales, retail, fitness, hospitality, or membership business
• Comfortable being accountable to measurable goals
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Confident leading conversations and coaching staff
• High-ownership mindset
• NOT for someone who wants minimal performance tracking, a purely administrative role, or a slow corporate environment
