About the OpportunityEdmonds Cofield Preparatory Academy for Young Men is seeking a Founding Years Student Enrollment Manager to play a central role in the school's next chapter. As Connecticut's first all-boys public charter school, ECPA is building a model that expands opportunity, strengthens identity, and creates a learning environment where young men can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
ECPA is now entering its next pivot stage of growth. After a successful launch year with a small founding cohort, the school is now growing toward full scale-ultimately serving nearly 400 scholars in grades 5–8—and student enrollment is at the heart of that trajectory.
As a key member of ECPA's School Operations Team, the Founding Years Student Enrollment Manager will help shape that growth by ensuring families understand what makes ECPA unique, by strengthening trust and visibility across Greater New Haven, and by guiding prospective families through an enrollment experience that is welcoming, clear, and supportive. This role requires someone who is energized by building in a less‑established environment, who can speak authentically and compellingly about the value of an all-boys model, and who thrives in work that is relational, community-centered, and mission-driven.
Joining ECPA at this stage means stepping into a school community still writing its early chapters. You will help design outreach systems, cultivate partnerships, and build enrollment practices that will shape the school for years to come. For someone who enjoys fast-paced, people-centered work and is motivated by the challenge of growing a school with a powerful purpose, this role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of young men and the future of ECPA.
