Farm Operations Leader / Lead People. Build Teams. Drive Results. Make an Impact Through Leadership

We're looking for an exceptional leader to oversee one of our animal production operations. This role is about much more than managing day-to-day activities, it's about building a culture of accountability, developing people, solving problems, and leading a team that consistently delivers outstanding results.

The successful candidate is an experienced people leader who thrives in a hands‑on environment, develops others, and creates a culture where safety, animal care, operational excellence, and continuous improvement are part of everything the team does.

As the Farm Operations Leader, you'll be responsible for leading the operation through your people.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while creating a culture of trust, accountability, and respect.
  • Set clear expectations, provide consistent feedback, and develop future leaders.
  • Drive operational performance by aligning daily priorities with business goals.
  • Analyze performance, solve problems, and implement improvements that strengthen safety, quality, efficiency, and animal care.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to remove obstacles and improve overall farm performance.
  • Ensure the highest standards of animal welfare, biosecurity, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead by example, fostering an environment where people take ownership and continuously improve.

  • Demonstrated success improving operational performance through strong leadership.
