Virbac, a major player in the field of animal health, develops solutions that meet the needs of veterinarians, breeders, and pet owners. We offer you the opportunity to play a central role in our production sites based in Carros (06) and on a permanent contract.
Your Mission?As a Production Operator M/F, you will be an essential collaborator in our production process. Under the supervision of a team leader, and after a training period, your missions could be:
Production:
Ensure the management and operation of production equipment, respecting pharmaceutical quality and safety standards.Laundry:
Carry out the cleaning and disinfection of equipment and sterile production areas in accordance with established protocols.Sterile Block:
Intervene in sterile areas for the filling of products, respecting good manufacturing practices (GMP).
Operate production machines:
Monitoring, adjustment, and first-level maintenance of equipment.Clean and sterilize production equipment and premises according to current procedures.
Perform operations in sterile environments, including the handling and packaging of products under aseptic conditions.
Strictly respect quality standards, standard operating procedures (SOP), and safety instructions.
Document operations accurately and keep batch records up to date.
Perform quality control of products during manufacturing.
Our production positions are versatile and evolving.
Your profile?
Experience:
Beginner profile accepted. Ideally, first experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic sector.Skills:
Knowledge of GMP (a plus), ability to work in a team, rigor, and organization skills.Flexibility:
Availability to work in 2x8 and night shifts and weekends.
This position requires being driven as it is not accessible by public transport.
