Manufacturing Carpentry Associate (Will Train!) – $18-$22/hr + Overtime

Location: New Haven, CT
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Overtime Available

What You’ll Do:

• Cut, trim, and sand carbon fiber materials
• Assist with the assembly of boat components using molds
• Work with epoxy adhesives following safety guidelines
• Use hand tools, utility knives, measuring tapes, and DA sanders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required
• Composite or carbon fiber experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry materials throughout an 8‑hour shift
• Reliable transportation to New Haven, CT
