Pay: $18.00 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined RFID Laminator Operator to join a growing manufacturing team on 1st shift. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laminating equipment used to manufacture RFID products while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the production process.

The ideal candidate has previous machine operating or manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a keen eye for detail. • Set up, operate, and maintain laminator machinery.
• Monitor production to ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Perform in-process quality inspections throughout production.
• Enter production data and complete required documentation accurately.
• Make basic machine adjustments to maintain efficient operation.
• Ensure production materials are available and properly staged.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
• Lift materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

• At least 3 months of machine operating or manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately complete production documentation.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and production documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• 1st Shift schedule:
  Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with overtime available.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
