Warehouse Associate

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate / Warehouse Associate to join a growing team. This position is responsible for supporting daily production and warehouse operations, ensuring products are manufactured, handled, packaged, and shipped accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist with production, assembly, packaging, and material handling activities
• Prepare, inspect, and package products according to quality standards
• Receive, organize, and store incoming materials and inventory
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company safety policies and operational procedures
• Complete production and inventory documentation accurately
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Perform other warehouse and production-related duties as assigned

• Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and communication skills

• Forklift certification and/or forklift operating experience
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, or material handling equipment

• Competitive starting pay of $25.00/hour

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with Fridays off

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
