Fitchville Baptist Church an independent Baptist Church located in Bozrah, CT. is looking for a full‑time Pastor.
Job Description:
- Spiritual qualifications for the Pastor are described in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
- Primary responsibilities of the Pastor shall be to oversee his flock, Acts 20:28, to equip the congregation for the work of the ministry, Ephesians 4:11-12, to provide oversight to the congregation, 1 Peter 5:1-3. The Pastor shall fulfill his responsibilities though preaching, teaching, praying, visiting, counseling and disciplining.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Ministry field, A Masters of Divinity or equivalent preferred
Parsonage adjacent to the church is available for the Pastor and family to reside.
Church is in southeastern CT. In the small quaint town of Bozrah.
