We are seeking a skilled Anesthetist for an exciting 156-day locum tenens assignment in CT, beginning Jun 1, 2026. This full-time role involves working 9a-9:30p shifts, guaranteeing 36 hours across three 12-hour shifts per week, with a willingness to work non-consecutive shifts. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive anesthesia care for general, ambulatory surgery, critical care, perioperative, and adult patients, including trauma cases.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide full-time anesthesia services, guaranteeing 36 hours per week (three 12-hour shifts).
- Be available for non-consecutive shifts with a 9a-9:30p schedule.
- Manage all general anesthesia patients, excluding OB cases.
- Perform ambulatory surgery anesthesiology.
- Handle critical care, perioperative, and adult anesthesiology.
- Participate in trauma cases, including adult and potentially pediatric patients (pediatric experience not required).
