- Collect pertinent data and information relative to the healthcare consumer's health or situation.
- Analyze assessment data to determine actual and potential diagnoses.
- Identify expected outcomes for individualized care plans.
- Develop and modify care plans to attain expected outcomes.
- Implement identified care plans and coordinate care delivery.
- Employ strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
- Evaluate progress toward attainment of health outcomes.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
ExperienceRegistered Nurse is the foundational job description for all RNs.
Licenses & Certifications- Licensed and currently registered nurse in the State of Connecticut.
- Current BCLS certification or must obtain within one month of hire.
- Clinical specialty certification highly encouraged.
