About This Role
The Pediatric Hemophilia RN Coordinator is a Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating patient care across the continuum within Pediatric Treatment Centers. This role is ideal for a nurse who excels in collaboration and patient education while ensuring quality improvement.
Highlights- Location: New Haven, CT
- Schedule: Per Diem
- Coordinate all aspects of patient care for the specific specialty.
- Provide patient and family education on medical conditions and treatment regimens.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in data collection related to clinical and operational efficiencies.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience: 2-3 years nursing with knowledge of infusion therapy;
Pediatric RN Inpatient or Outpatient experience required
Licenses &
Certifications:
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Connecticut; APHON certification preferred
