Salary: $130,500 - $150,500 per year

Are you ready to help shape the next generation of nurses?

We are looking for a strong nursing leader to guide and grow our Practical Nursing programs across Connecticut. In this role, you will work directly with executive leadership, support nursing faculty, improve student outcomes, and help expand one of the region's most important healthcare education programs.

Compensation $120,000 - $130,500 annual salary

Full-time leadership position

Stable Monday-Friday schedule

Work-Life Balance No nights

No weekends

Predictable 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule

Opportunity to work from either the Hamden or Waterbury campus

Growth & Leadership Report directly to the President & CEOLead nursing programs across multiple campuses

Influence program growth, curriculum, faculty development, and student success

Required:

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
Active, unrestricted Connecticut RN license

Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience as an RNMinimum 3 years of nursing education leadership or management experience

Previous nursing teaching experience

Ability to travel regularly between Connecticut campuses
