Job DetailsWhat You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut
- 3+ years of hands‑on clinical nursing experience
- 3+ years of teaching and leadership experience in a nursing program
- Ability to be fully vaccinated (including boosters, as required)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Clear communication (spoken and written)
- Experience building or improving curriculum
- Comfortable using systems like LMS platforms and Microsoft Office
- Ability to analyze data and improve student outcomes
- Lead and oversee the Practical Nursing (PN) program across campuses
- Guide and support program coordinators and faculty
- Ensure high- quality instruction and strong student results
- Manage curriculum development and updates (Canvas LMS)
- Monitor admissions, student progress, and program outcomes
- Track NCLEX-PN pass rates and improve performance
- Build partnerships with clinical sites and industry leaders
- Stay aligned with state boards and accreditation requirements
- Help shape budgets, policies, and long‑term program goals
