We’re hiring experienced Home Infusion and Oncology RNs across the Northeast who want to practice at the top of their license—without burnout, staffing ratios, or task-based nursing.
What You’ll Do- Deliver specialty infusion and oncology care in patients’ homes
- Provide 1:1 patient care with autonomy and clinical judgment
- Administer advanced therapies for rare and chronic conditions
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Collaborate with pharmacy and care teams to ensure excellent outcomes
- Active RN license in applicable state(s)
- Experience in Home Infusion, Oncology, IV Therapy, or Specialty Infusion preferred
- Strong IV skills and critical thinking
- Comfortable working independently
- Flexible self-scheduling
