Description- We are seeking compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for a flexible position in a growing outpatient practice.
- Located in New Haven, CT, this role offers options for per diem, part-time, or full-time schedules, allowing you to balance work and life while delivering exceptional patient care.
- Ability to provide comprehensive primary and outpatient care
- Experience in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating medical conditions
- Skills in developing individualized treatment plans
- Proficiency in ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Capability to prescribe medications as per guidelines
- Strong patient and family education skills
- Collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
