Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Role & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized telemetry nursing care in a hospital setting
- Monitor, assess, and respond to patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Telemetry RN
- Active RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize telemetry equipment to monitor cardiac activity
- Ensure patient safety and adhere to clinical standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and patients
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
