- Your Role as a Baylor RN

You'll bring high-quality, compassionate care directly into patients' homes-when they need it most.

* Manage a weekend caseload within your local territory

* Conduct skilled nursing visits, assessments, and follow-ups

* Develop and adjust personalized care plans

* Partner with physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care

* Educate patients and families to promote independence and safety at home

- What You'll Need

* Active RN license (CT)

* 1+ year of nursing experience (Home health preferred not required)

* Willingness to travel locally for patient visits

* Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle & insurance

* Live within the service area

* Lift, pull, and push 50-100lbs
