Clinical Research Nurse II (Hematology or Lymphoma/Myeloma)

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple oncology clinical trials (10+ studies).
  • Screen, consent, enroll, and educate study participants.
  • Review eligibility criteria and assess patient suitability.
  • Track and document AEs, SAEs, protocol deviations, and study milestones.
  • Build and review treatment plans with pharmacy and study teams.
  • Coordinate patient visits and protocol-related activities.
  • Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, pharmacists, and research staff.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GCP guidelines, and study protocols.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Connecticut RN license
  • Must have 3+ years of nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or research setting
  • Oncology or Hematology experience preferred
  • Strong clinical research experience with study coordination responsibilities
  • Experience managing multiple clinical trials simultaneously
  • Knowledge of informed consent, patient enrollment, AE/SAE reporting, and protocol compliance
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EMR, and EDC
  • CTMS experience
  • ACRP, SOCRA, or ONS certification

Schedule & Environment

  • Primarily onsite (4-5 days/week)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Haven, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
