• FOR SECOND AND THIRD SHIFT POSITIONS - YOU MAY BE APPROVED FOR AN ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION BONUS:
  Each Registered Nurse who is permanently assigned to the second or third shift may be eligible to receive a “recruitment and retention” yearly bonus of three thousand dollars ($3,000.00). This bonus shall be pro-rated for part-time Registered Nurses. In order to be eligible for this bonus, the Employee must have completed one year of service in the registered nurse classification.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Oversee and coordinate daily nursing services to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to nursing staff.
• Monitor documentation and records for accuracy, compliance, and quality standards.
• Support policy development, long-range planning, and efficient unit operations.
• Serve as a liaison across departments and partner agencies to support integrated care.

Founded in 1966, the CMCH cares for more than 5,000 people a year in a variety of services. CMHC treats individuals suffering from severe and persistent psychosis, depression, anxiety, addictions (including alcoholism, cocaine, and gambling) and those with co-existing mental health and addiction problems.
