Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties
- Handle resident concerns, complaints, and service requests professionally
- Coordinate leasing support and tenant communication
- Conduct move-out inspections and ensure unit readiness
- Prepare and submit weekly operational reports
- Regularly visit properties to monitor conditions and address issues
- Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and building needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and property standards
- Other duties as assigned
- 2-3 years of prior residential property management experience required
- Experience with Yardi property management software preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations
- Valid driver’s license
Salary: 70K-80K
