Overview
Manage a zebrafish laboratory. Oversee maintenance of zebrafish facility, genotype and maintain zebrafish mutant lines, assist in experiments phenotyping zebrafish mutants. Manage and contribute to projects quantifying brain size and activity and molecular pathways in zebrafish mutants. The lab manager will assist the PI in the conduct of the proposed experiments and assist graduate and undergraduate students and post‑doctoral associates in their experiments.
The goal of this research is to investigate basic cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying autism spectrum disorders and other neuropsychiatric disorders.

- Experience with zebrafish mutants
- Experience with CRISPR design and zebrafish microinjections
Master’s Degree in a scientific discipline and one year experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
