Postdoctoral positions are available to study leukocyte biology and inflammation in the Department of Pharmacology, Yale University School of Medicine, New Haven, CT.
My laboratory has been studying various signaling pathways, including Wnt and GPCR‑coupled ones, for their roles in leukocyte functions with emphasis on inflammation, tissue injuries, autoimmune diseases, and tumor immunology. We are using biochemical, molecular, cellular, structural, genomic (including CRISPR/Kas9 screening, single cell sequencing), proteomic, lipidomic, metabolomic, and mouse model approaches. We have made important contributions to characterization of Wnt signaling mechanisms Mol Cell 7, 801;
