* Hands-on experience with protein purification and analytical characterization techniques such as TFF, FPLC, HPLC, LC-MS, BLI, or related methodologies.

* Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, including demonstrated success in troubleshooting chemical reactions, conjugation processes, and analytical workflows.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and contribute effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred

* Experience with antibody, protein, or peptide conjugation chemistry.

* Experience supporting biologics, bioconjugate, ADC, or protein degradation drug discovery programs.

* Familiarity with characterization and quality assessment of protein-based therapeutics and bioconjugates.
