Corporate R&D Project Oversight and Monitor is looking for a PMO R&D BIO in full-time based in Carros (06).
Attached to the Head of R&D PMO, you work closely with the Project Oversight Managers Bio, the R&D Bio directors and all members of R&D Bio.
You play a key role in managing the Bio project schedules and providing a clear vision of the established development strategies to ensure the efficiency of our developments and optimize our Time to Market. By managing the workload plans of the R&D Bio teams, you also ensure the good coherence between our internal resources and all our R&D Bio project plans.
Finally, you participate in the securing of the Research Tax Credit by collecting the required scientific data.
- Piloting Project Schedules:
You translate the development strategies into planning (Gantt Charts and Macroplans) that you keep updated as projects progress. You inform on critical paths, alert on inconsistencies, monitor plans to ensure the success and speed of developments. - Human Resources Management and Optimization:
You establish the workload plans of the R&D Bio teams based on your analysis of real-time times spent. You formulate proactive optimization proposals (staggering, anticipation, outsourcing of activities) to help directors make relevant decisions and make pertinent trade-offs. - CIR:
You contribute to the constitution of the scientific dossier of the Research Tax Credit (CIR) by organizing the collection of technical information and times spent by the R&D Bio teams. You also help establish the list of projects eligible for the CIR among the R&D Bio projects.
Your Profile?
- Higher education (PhD, VMD, PharmD, MBA, Master).
- Experience:
at least 2 years in project management and/or in the healthcare industry. - Know-how:
Expertise in project mode, mastery of planning tools, good understanding of R&D development stages, knowledge of veterinary pharmaceutical regulations and the CIR system. - Language skills:
Very good writing skills in French and current English is indispensable. - Qualities:
Organization, anticipation, ability to analyze and synthesize, effective communication and ability to build strong relationships.
