Up to 90 miles from home, on average – Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement

Work Monday–Friday;
Weekends are not required
Staffing Level: Flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability
- Respond promptly to assistance requests, maintaining consistent communication with field services management (within 24 hours of contact).
- Keep availability status updated and accurate.
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures according to plan‑ograms and client‑specific directives.
- Perform build‑outs, resets, and display repairs.
- Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site.
- Maintain and update displays per planograms or client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and when required in teams of two or more, providing solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed to contribute to overall success.
- Adhere to accurate time‑card submission timelines and report anomalies daily with necessary corrections.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Complete training and certification programs as required.
- Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Be available for weekend assignments as required.
Your hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends, some early‑morning hours, and/or holidays based on store/client requirements. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
Qualifications- Age >= 18 (due to insurance requirements).
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability Monday–Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as needed.
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 feet, safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.
- Adaptability to changing tasks and work environments.
- Effective communication via phone, text, and email; coordinate tasks and provide updates.
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial.
- Preferred installation and merchandising experience.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools and ability to follow planogram directives.
- Own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data; navigate communication platforms independently.
- Complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames.
- Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
- Superior leadership, professional communication, and presentation skills.
- Decision‑making, good judgment, problem‑solving, time‑management, and reporting skills.
- Hourly pay starting at $17.75 per hour (based on experience and location).
- Next‑day on‑demand pay with Daily Pay.
