NAPA is seeking a Counter Sales associate to be the face of our retail store, helping customers with auto parts needs and using our catalog and computer systems. You will handle in-store and phone inquiries, and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Ideal candidates have a background in automotive parts or hands-on car repair, a high school diploma, and a willingness to learn. Prior retail or parts experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth within the NAPA family.
