Territory Sales Representative (Southern Connecticut)

One of the most respected HVAC equipment and building solutions firms in the Northeast is looking for a hunter someone who can own a local territory and drive growth across the 4 southern counties of Connecticut.

This is a relationship driven role for someone who enjoys building partnerships with contractors and end users and wants to be rewarded heavily for performance.

• A true sales driver who thrives in the field
• Someone who enjoys working directly with HVAC and control contractors
• Hungry to open new doors and expand revenue inside active accounts
• No need to be a technical expert – strong internal support is in place
• Experience around HVAC, controls, or contractor-focused sales is a plus

• Own and grow a local Southern CT territory
• Build trust with contractors, engineers, and facility leaders
• Drive new opportunities within key accounts
• Spend your time meeting customers face to face

• $110K to $140K salary annually + 30% to 45% of net margins on growth
• Strong performers have a realistic path to $200K+ total earnings
