TheOpportunity
This is not a traditional SaaS sales role. You are selling a category-defining AI platform that functions as a high-speed architectural service. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be a trailblazer in a fast-growing, Series A environment. You will have the opportunity to disrupt legacy workflows, penetrate the world's largest real estate firms, and fundamentally change how the industry visualizes and leases space.
YourMission
You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle, specifically targeting the complex ecosystem of the CRE world—Commercial Office Owners, Landlords, Architecture Firms, and Furniture Providers. Your mission is to move beyond individual office wins and drive unified enterprise agreements by demonstrating how our AI-driven outputs maximize ROI and accelerate the design-to-delivery pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Hunt, nurture, and close deals across high-value regional cohorts and industry giants.
- Champion an automated architectural model, showing stakeholders how they can replace manual drafting with instant, optimized design packages.
- Build deep partnerships with decision-makers at the Big 4, architecture firms, and furniture dealers, speaking the language of leasing and workplace strategy.
- Partner with leadership to refine the value proposition for different personas—from the broker needing a quick "test-fit" to the architect looking for editable Revit files.
- Drive aggressive growth and consistently exceed revenue targets.
- 3-5+ years of sales experience specifically targeting commercial office owners, landlords, architecture firms, or furniture providers.
- Background in CRE Tech, Prop Tech, or Con Tech is a significant plus; experience in other similar industries like workplace technology or BIM software is also an advantage.
- Background or strong familiarity with architectural sales, CAD/Revit workflows, or space planning.
- You understand how to sell technology that automates a traditionally manual service, positioning AI as a faster, more accurate alternative.
- A documented track record of exceeding sales targets (we want to see the numbers).
- You thrive in a high-growth environment and know how to navigate complex account structures to win.
- Persuasive, engaging, and confident in front of executive decision-makers.
- Meeting clients face-to-face is key to success in this industry.
