Waltham is seeking high-energy sales professionals in Milford, CT. You will work to grow our residential business footprint.

We are looking for individuals with strong prospecting, negotiation, deal closing and quota crushing abilities who can grow our residential business footprint by generating new leads, qualifying opportunities, presenting solutions, securing sales, and maintaining client relationships. You will work independently in the field, manage route-based assignments, and build strong customer relationships.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No experience required!
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

• Competitive Base Salary of $42,000 - $45,000 annually plus uncapped commissions
