Job Description
CRD Careers is partnering with a global industrial manufacturing organization seeking a high-impact Regional Sales Manager to drive channel growth and revenue expansion across North America.
This is a true channel development and industrial sales role focused on:
- distributor and partner growth
- regional revenue expansion
- technical and commercial sales execution
- long-term channel strategy development
Ideal for someone who understands industrial equipment sales, distributor ecosystems, and technical product selling within mechanical/electrical environments (pumps, controls, and industrial systems).
What You’ll Be Doing- Drive regional sales growth through channel partners and distributors
- Manage and expand existing distributor relationships across assigned territory
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners
- Develop structured account plans and growth strategies per partner
- Support partners with technical application knowledge and commercial quoting
- Collaborate on pricing, proposals, and end-customer solutions
- Lead pipeline management and activity tracking in CRM (Hub Spot)
- Attend industry trade shows and customer engagements
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and commercial teams
- Industrial pumps and fluid handling systems
- Electrical submersible pumps
- Control panels and mechanical/electrical systems
- Industrial manufacturing distribution networks
- 7+ years of outside sales or channel sales experience
- Strong background in industrial manufacturing, machinery, or mechanical/electrical systems
- Experience working with distributors, resellers, or channel partners
- Proven ability to drive revenue through indirect sales models
- Strong technical aptitude (ability to understand engineered products)
- Experience with CRM systems (Hub Spot or similar)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to manage territory performance independently
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned region
- Experience with pumps, fluid systems, or industrial equipment
- Exposure to PowerBI or ERP systems
- High‑impact regional sales ownership role
- Strong autonomy over channel strategy and execution
- Opportunity to shape distributor growth and regional performance
- Exposure to complex industrial engineering products and systems
- Direct influence on revenue growth across a critical territory
Compensation: $140,000-$140,000 per year
