Alembic Therapeutics, in partnership with Impact Bio, is launching Pivya®, an FDA‑approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). Proven for over 40 years in Denmark as a first‑line therapy, Pivya® is now entering the U.S. market—and we’re building a team of driven, ambitious sales professionals to support this high‑profile launch.
As a part‑time Territory Sales Representative (3 days per week), you don’t need prior pharmaceutical sales experience—we’re looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are eager to learn, follow a proven sales model, and break into the industry. This role offers a structured, field‑based schedule and is designed for high‑potential candidates who want hands‑on experience and a clear path into full‑time pharmaceutical sales.
High performers who demonstrate strong sales results and consistent execution will have the opportunity to earn their way into a full‑time role.
This role is with Impact Bio, a premier commercial partner in Life Sciences, with the potential to expand into a full‑time opportunity or transition to Alembic Therapeutics based on strong performance.

Key Responsibilities- Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory
- Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy
- Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff
- Apply training and coaching consistently in the field
- Execute a focused territory plan within assigned workdays
- Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership
- Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years of sales or customer‑facing experience (B2B, retail, service, or related)
- Strong interest in breaking into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
- Proven work ethic and ability to deliver results in a performance‑driven environment
- Coachability—someone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
- Highly motivated, organized, and accountable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
- Willingness to travel within territory during assigned workdays
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Pharmaceutical experience is not required—drive, attitude, and willingness to learn are.
