Position:Design Consultant
Primary in‑home sales representative who delivers the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase products and services.
Key Role Accountabilities- Follow a monthly rotating schedule:
Weeks 1–2:
Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM‑7:00 PM;
Weeks 3–4:
Tuesday‑Friday (9:00 AM‑7:00 PM) and Saturday (9:00 AM‑2:00 PM). - Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
- Guide customers through a personalized one‑call close sales process.
- Work with warm, pre‑set leads; no cold‑calling or lead generation.
- Ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment.
- Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous sales experience; recent graduates or those from retail, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles also considered.
- Valid smartphone or smart device with two‑factor authentication capability.

Base salary + uncapped commission pay structure, earnings up to $200,000+.
