Job SummaryIn‑person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within our resorts. Schedule guests to meet with a representative for a presentation.
Responsibilities- Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations.
- Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
- Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales‑preview tour.
- Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
- Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits.
- Present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% of time) and compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and standards.
- Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings.
- Keep current on marketing information, materials, industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Sales and/or marketing experience preferred but not required.
- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.
- Must maintain production standards.
- Job experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
No travel required outside of the home site’s area.
