Responsible for driving regional sales growth through channel partner management, new partner development, account planning, and sales pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve regional sales and revenue targets.
- Manage and develop channel/distributor relationships.
- Recruit and onboard new partners.
- Provide product, pricing, and technical support.
- Manage customer interactions and sales pipeline in Hub Spot.
- Monitor market and competitor activity.
- Attend trade shows and industry events.
- 7+ years of outside sales experience.
- Experience preferably in pumps, manufacturing, or distributor management.
- Knowledge of electrical submersible pumps.
- Knowledge of mechanical/electrical manufacturing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
