Maintain a fixed security access control post at an entrance lobby or weapons detection post to ensure proper access control;
Oversee first points of entry, including weapons detection systems, at hospital entrances;
Provide patient information and enforce visitor/pass policies while delivering high-quality guest service;
Open and secure designated doors and entrances, lobbies, and assist with directions and accessibility;
Report suspicious person(s) or activity to the Central Communications Officer for response by Senior Patrol Officers
