Maintain a fixed security access control post at an assigned building entrance lobby or parking area to ensure proper access control and provide high-quality guest service to patients, families, and visitors;
Oversee first points of entry including weapons detection systems and ensure adherence to visitor policies;
Provide patient information and maintain visitor pass policies, escalate to Senior Patrol Officer as needed;
Escort emergency responders and assist with incident management as part of Protective Services;
Monitor communications and coordinate with Central Communications Dispatch Center during peak periods or emergencies
