Maintain a fixed security access post in an assigned building entrance lobby or parking area to ensure proper access control and provide assistance with directions and mobility limitations.;
Provide patient, visitor, and employee customer service and uphold a positive hospital image.;
Monitor and operate video systems and assist Central Communications Dispatch Center during peak times or emergencies.;
Observe, report, and escalate suspicious activity to appropriate hospital security personnel.;
Assist with emergency response duties and coordinate with Protective Services Officers as needed.
