Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections on supported security systems
- Navigate and utilize online service platforms for scheduling, documentation, and reporting
- Coordinate tools, materials, and resources needed to complete work within time and budget constraints
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through daily interaction and service excellence
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service support
- Serve as a licensing and certification qualifier where applicable
- Support inspection and service tasks in collaboration with other technicians
- Follow daily work schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with flexibility as needed
- Complete additional duties as assigned by operations leadership
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the security integration industry as a technician
- Valid State of CT Electrical Limited Journeyperson Low Voltage License (or relevant state equivalent)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach to customer interaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
