New Haven, CT

$40-$45/hour | $100,000-$150,000+ Annually with Overtime

We're hiring Millwrights for a well-established manufacturing facility in New Haven, CT. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial equipment that keeps production running efficiently.

What You'll Do
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, production machinery, and automated systems
  • Assist with robotics and welding equipment maintenance
  • Install, repair, and align mechanical equipment as needed
  • Operate forklifts, loaders, and other material handling equipment
  • Help minimize equipment downtime through routine inspections and maintenance
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards
Schedule
  • First Shift
  • 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (start time may vary slightly)
  • Overtime available
Pay & Benefits
  • $40-$45/hour depending on experience
  • Annual earnings of $100,000-$150,000+ with overtime
  • Full Benefits Package

Qualifications
  • Experience as a Millwright, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, or similar mechanical role preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment
  • Experience with conveyors, manufacturing equipment, welding, robotics, or plant maintenance is a plus
  • OSHA 10 preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
