Home Works Energy is rapidly growing their Weatherization team and we are looking to grow our leadership! We are looking for candidates who have a construction background in addition to the soft skills and personality to motivate and drive results in a team environment. This position will involve hands on training in the field. The right candidate will have basic knowledge of field work, as well as a strong desire to train diligently and manage their own crew.

• Manage a small team of 1 to 2 installers
• Complete work in a timely manner
• Complete work up to Mass Save standards
• Ensure a great customer experience with all work performed
• Ensure crew are following Home Works Energy best practices for safety and install
• Complete proper documentation for each job
• Collect copay from customer
• Drive box trucks in compliance with DOT and state regulations

• Construction management experience – Preferred not required
• Crew Lead Certification – Preferred not required
• Mass Save experience strongly required
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Strong leadership qualities

Compensation: $25 per hour, plus the potential to earn commission of $50 per week
