Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Connecticut. This role is ideal for a licensed HVAC professional with 10 to 15 years of experience who can work independently, troubleshoot complex systems, and provide exceptional service to commercial customers.

Experience: Senior Level

Salary: $25 - $45 per hour

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on a wide range of systems
• Service and maintain rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, chillers, boilers, furnaces, and heat pumps
• Work with Building Management Systems (BMS) to identify and resolve system issues
• Complete preventive maintenance and service calls efficiently and professionally
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding repairs and recommendations
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards

• Licensed HVAC Technician
• 10 to 15 years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience servicing RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers, furnaces, and heat pumps
• Working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
