The Atwater at Ninth Square in New Haven, CT seeks a Maintenance Technician I to perform entry-level maintenance including electrical, plumbing, appliance, HVAC, and carpentry tasks. You will assist with turnover work, basic repairs, painting, and light grounds duties while reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of related experience, and a valid driver's license.
