Securitas Technology seeks an Embedded Service Technician to support integrated electronic security and life safety systems at key client sites. You will perform installation, testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on video surveillance, access control, and intrusion systems, ensuring reliable protection of people, facilities, and assets. Working closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams, you'll diagnose issues, implement repairs, document work, and provide technical guidance while upholding safety, integrity, and service excellence in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and service electronic security and life safety systems at customer locations
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance and testing to ensure system reliability and compliance
- Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation to support field work
- Collaborate with customer contacts and internal teams to resolve issues and plan service activities
- Document service visits, repairs, parts usage, and system configurations accurately
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations on every job
- Provide on-site technical support, user assistance, and basic training for customer personnel
