Pay or shift range: $45,000 USD to $55,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

About the Position:

We prefer that our case managers have experience in a 12‑step recovery program (AA, NA, Al-Non, Nar-Anon, Families Anonymous, GA, etc.). We also would like candidates to have worked in settings where clients live, such as a residential program.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly case management sessions with clients.
  • Conduct weekly progress calls to the client’s family and other stakeholders.
  • Weekly case sessions with clinical staff.
  • Schedule and manage client appointments and obligations.
  • Crisis management when applicable.
  • Document case sessions and phone calls as required.
  • Attend required trainings.
  • Monitor client behavior while introducing recovery and independent living principles.
  • Facilitate recovery groups as required.
  • Facilitate client/family meetings to review progress and program expectations.
  • Any other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of recovery
  • Experience in working with chemical dependency in a residential or outpatient milieu
  • Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a positive collaborative relationship among staff
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience working in the substance abuse treatment field.
  • Being highly motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in coordinating client care.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or better degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Residential experience preferred.
