BHcare in New Haven, CT, seeks a Lead Intake Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish) to be the first contact for survivors seeking services through the Family Justice Center. You will lead intake, provide crisis support, coordinate client services, and advocate with community partners to help survivors find safety and stability.
You’ll work in a mission-driven environment, applying trauma-informed care, coordinating with law enforcement and service providers, and supporting program documentation
