The Connection, Inc. in New Haven, CT is hiring a Residential Aide for the Sierra Center Work Release program. This full-time role (40 hours) on 1st shift (Friday-Tuesday, 7-3p) provides supervision and support to adults re-entering the community after incarceration.
Salary is $20/hour and benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement plan with match, life and disability, and paid time off. The ideal candidate will have experience with individuals in recovery or justice-involved populations
