We are seeking an experienced and passionate SAFE Family Recovery Program Supervisor to lead a dedicated team supporting families involved with the Department of Children and Families (DCF). This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping families navigate recovery and build healthier futures.

Candidates must reside in Connecticut and possess a valid driver's license.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the SAFE Family Recovery Program and ensure services are delivered according to program standards and contractual requirements.
  • Oversee referral, intake, assessment, and case management processes to ensure timely and effective support for families.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and performance management to program staff while supporting professional development and certification requirements.
  • Monitor documentation, reporting, and compliance activities, including data entry and quality assurance requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with DCF, courts, community partners, and stakeholders to support positive client outcomes and program success.
What You'll Bring
  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field with active Connecticut licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
  • At least three years of experience providing clinical and recovery support services.
  • Supervisory, leadership, or program oversight experience in behavioral health, substance use, family services, or related settings.
  • Experience working with culturally diverse populations and collaborating with community partners and systems of care.
  • Strong organizational, communication, conflict resolution, and project management skills.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and ability to travel throughout the community as needed.
