Kids In Crisis’ Lighthouse program seeks a part-time group facilitator to lead LGBTQ+ teen support groups in Fairfield County. This role supports queer youth and allies in a safe, inclusive environment, with roughly 20 hours weekly and evening availability.
Responsibilities include circle share, group activities, and creating engaging sessions while maintaining youth boundaries. Must be 21+, able to drive between locations, and comfortable speaking to groups; bilingual preferred.
