The Senior Full Stack Developer creates new and maintains existing software applications and technologies, as well as provides technical support for IDOC’s user community. The Senior Developer participates in all phases of the development project life cycle including working with IDOC users and partners to define and create functional requirements, perform technical analysis and design, coding, testing and implementation.

This is a highly technical position which requires proficiency in front‑end, business layer, and back end database development. This position also requires experience in web and console application design and development using C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, Angular, D3, Transact‑SQL and various API technologies. The role includes SQL database table design, creation of functions and stored procedures, and ad‑hoc reporting.

It also requires working with environment and workflow platforms such as Git Hub, Agile, IIS 8.0, and Web Services architecture.

• Work with IT Leadership and others to develop software solutions for new and current lines of business
• Contribute to Front End, Business Layer, and Back End code base and technology solutions
• Serve as a senior developer on Core Task initiatives that include maintenance and enhancements to existing web applications and integrations
• Manage and contribute to the technical design, coding, testing, and writing technical and user documentation related to internal systems enhancements ranging from simple to more advanced complexity
• Participate with other operations and technology staff to define system functional requirements, business rules, and technical solutions to meet business needs
• Provide ongoing updates regarding web development, support, projects, and related accomplishments; evaluate the success of implemented projects upon completion
• Contribute to SQL database design, schema, table definitions, triggers, functions, and stored procedures
• Contribute to data warehousing projects, consolidating data from disparate sources into a centralized data warehouse
• Actively participate in the evolution and continual efficiency improvements of the development processes and tools including Gen AI and agentic AI
• Provide support to end users related to problems encountered with internal web applications, API end points and integrated third‑party technologies
• All other responsibilities and/or related duties as assigned

• 10+ years of software development experience with full stack capabilities
• Proven success developing complex web and API applications
• Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through to QA and deployment
• Excellent understanding of C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, API technologies, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, Java Script
• Proficient in SQL Server 2022, Management Studio, Transact‑SQL with ability to write complex queries, functions, and stored procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage and guide users through the process of defining optimal solutions to their business needs
• Ability to work with images and graphic design skills is a plus
